SOLOMON ADESIYAN
CEO & FOUNDER

A Nigerian-born lad by way of Ennis. From his first day in Dublin for college, he had plans for the Irish music scene. As a musician first, he understands the importance of the product - The Music - and the need for quality.

​He has taken this knowledge and used it to create one of the biggest platforms for Irish Urban music. However, he is aware that the journey is just beginning. This is why he continuously strategises with the team on how best to get to the next level. 

GEOVANNI RALPH
CO FOUNDER, Head of Events & DJ

Jamaican-born, Dublin-based DJ Geovanni spearheads the events branch of the company. With years of experience, playing countless venues, and many connections in the industry, he provides the company with a competitive advantage. 

STEPHEN OSOKO
CMO & HEAD OF MEDIA

London-born, Dublin raised and of Nigerian heritage, Stephen is a student of people and what they respond to. With years of marketing and sales experience from personal projects, marketing startup experience, and the Tech World, He is focused on creating structure and processes.

A keyboardist himself, and friend to many artists, he is excited about the scene, shining light on the artists, and growing the company. He will be developing marketing initiatives that will do just that. 

DAVID OLA
COO

Nigerian born, Carlow raised David has a hand in all day-to-day activities, ensuring that all separate functions of the company are synergistic. A budding entrepreneur with experience in pharmaceutical, marketing and business development, he blends a diverse background to offer the company a range of skills.

With a keen eye for detail and establishing process, David hopes to keep the team on track and focused on our immediate goals.

JOEL SAFO
A&R

Netherlands born, Drogheda raised Safo is our head of A&R at Trust it. He is also an artist manager for many different artists in Ireland. An entrepreneur who also studies in the science and IT department, Safo works closely with Artists development as he looks for the next big thing.

With a good ear for music and establishing musicians, Safo hopes to keep the team and artists on track and focused on our goals for the future.
